GT-550E(55t class truck crane) to South Africa

(15 March, 2004)

MMS MOBILE CRANES (TADANO distributor in South Africa) has already delivered 8 units of the GT-550E to its customers in South Africa since Jan.2003, and 4 units are waiting for shipment from Japan.

TADANO truck cranes are well accepted by customers in the region thanks to far less downtime and running costs than all terrain cranes.

This GT-550E is a successor to the TG-500E (TADANO 50t class truck crane).

It has a longer boom (42m) and better capacities, and travels faster (Max.84km/h) than the TG-500E.

They are also happy with its upper cab which is modern and spacious, and with TADANO Automatic Moment Limiter (AML) features.
(such as swing range limit function + automatic swing speed reduction and soft stop function.)

MMS MOBILE CRANES promote marketing the GT-550E aggressively as it believes this new
TADANO truck crane will surely be more inn demand in the market in the future too.
