Bauma China 2004 in Shanghai

The second bauma China was held in Shanghai during the four days blessed with fine weather from November 16 to November 19, 2004 which saw a significant increases in the number of both exhibitors and visitors compared to the first show in 2002, giving us a positive feeling that China's demand for hydraulic mobile cranes is steadily increasing. There were reportedly 700 participating enterprises with some 50,000 turnout.

As for us TADANO, we specially prepared and secured two adjacent booths for this exhibition to mark the occasion where a joint venture, BQ-TADANO (BEIJING) CRANE CO., Ltd. was recently established in China. The arrangements served to impress visitors with the presence of the TADANO group which supplies both imported and home-made cranes in the country.

TADANO displayed three types of cranes; the ATF160G-5 (all terrain crane), the GT-700E (truck crane) and the TR-600EXL (rough terrain crane) out of which the ATF160G-5 was sold during the show. As for BQ-TADANO (BEIJING) CRANE, it exhibited the GT-550E and the GT-250E (truck cranes) as well as the TR-250E (rough terrain crane), all models of which appeared to have occupied the interest of customers. The Company is engaged in marketing these models for the year 2005.

The next bauma China is scheduled in the year 2006.
